Teton
Valley, Idaho
The tiny city of Driggs, Idaho, sporting the one streetlight in Teton
Valley, tops the lists as the best outdoor place to live in the nation by Men’s
Health and similar real estate rankings in the Robb Report.
Driggs has a brand new high school, a hospital that is one of the best in
the region, and an airport offering full-service FBO, GPSA approach,
a 7,300'x75' runway, heated hangars, certified line service and
much more for private planes and jets. With it's
population of only 1,700, Driggs maintains the sense of a small
community.
Old farmsteads dot the valley floor, a scenic reminder
of this valley’s
agricultural and ranching history. The population is a diverse
mix of pioneer families and people from all over, drawn here
in appreciation of Driggs’ scenery
and small-town feel. |
